If you are not in a long term relationship, and do not have any children, then select this Essentials Will & EPA package.

The Will provides flexibility for you to decide who you distribute your estate to and in what proportions. You will be able to provide default beneficiaries in case the people you first nominate do not survive you. If you are single with no children, or complex financial affairs, then this will is appropriate for you.

This Will is not appropriate for use if you:

1)          are married or in a defacto relationship;

2)          have children;

3)          have a company, family trust or self managed superannuation fund;

4)          have foreign investments; or

5)          otherwise have even remotely complex legal, financial or family affairs.

The EPA allows you to appoint up to four people to act on your behalf.
